Payment policy
Payment in full is required at check-in. No shows will be charged in full. Seasonal reservations require $1000 at time of reservation and balance due 2 months prior to arrival. No credit available for early departure. Check-out after 11:00 will result additional 1 night room charge.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to check-in date will incur a one night cancellation fee. Reservations made within 24 hours of check in will be charged in full.
Check-in instructions
Check-in time is 3:00pm-9:00 pm. If you plan to arrive late, please contact the Resort in advance at +1 (315) 599-7070. If you have not arrived & have not contacted us by 9 pm you are responsible for the full charge.
Check-out instructions
Check out time is by 11:00 am. Check-out after 11:00 am will incur a one night fee. No check-out is necessary. Please leave keys in your room or drop box located at the front of the lodge. There is a $25.00 fee for lost or unreturned keys. Housekeeping is done between 11 am & 3 pm. Damages and items missing from the room will be charged to your credit card.
Additional guests
Advertised rates are for double occupancy. Children 10 & under stay free. The additional guest fee is $25.00 per person per night. Unregistered persons are not allowed in rooms or on property for any reason. No exceptions.
Pets
Pets are permitted. One pet per room. There is a $35.00 pet fee per night. Please inform us before check in that you are traveling with a pet. Please do not let pets on the beds. Not all of our rooms are allocated pet friendly. Pets must be leashed at all times while outside of room and cannot be left unattended unless they are crated. No Exceptions.
Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking which includes e-cigarettes. Smoking is permitted in designated areas. Please use receptacles. Smoke cleaning fee of $150 per day will be assessed to rooms where smoking is evident.
Common areas
A common kitchen, fire pit, commercial grill and eating area is available to all guests. Guests are responsible for supplying their own food. Guests are to clean their own dishes & leave the kitchen in clean condition.
Parking
Parking is free for guests only. $25 per day parking fee for additional winter visitors.
Children
Children 10 & under should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Trail access
Tug Hill Resort has direct access to snowmobile and ATV trails. No snowmobile or ATV riding is permitted on the Tug Hill Resort property except ingress & egress to & from the designated trails. Damage & excessive cleaning costs will be billed if necessary.
Snowmobile Rentals and Tours

Enquire NowWe offer a variety of Snowmobiles for every experience level.
Premium 800 & 850cc: $325 for 8 hours plus gas. $180 for 4 hours plus gas.
Mid Range 600cc: $275 for 8 hours plus gas. $160 for 4 hours plus gas.
2 Person 550 & 600cc: $275 for 8 hours plus gas. $160 for 4 hours plus gas.
8 hour rentals available seven days a week.
4 hour rentals available Monday thru Thursday (non holidays).
New and inexperienced riders are encouraged to book a tour.
Tours: $180 for 8 hours. $120 for 4 hours. Tours available to renters of Snowmobiles only.
No overnight rentals unless you are a guest(fees applied) On occasion we will make considerations for returning customers.

How to book?
